Euro Bus Expo 2026 is nearing a sell-out, with just two exhibition stands remaining and 49 businesses set to exhibit at the event for the first time.
The UK’s largest coach and bus exhibition returns to the NEC Birmingham from 3-5 November, with more than 200 exhibitors and around 75 vehicles expected.
The event will feature 29 vehicle manufacturers, dealers and converters, with coaches, buses, midibuses and minibuses on display.
Among the confirmed vehicle exhibitors are Alexander Dennis, Apex Buses, Arobus, BASE, BYD, Daimler Bus, EVM, GM Coachwork, Harris Group, Irizar, Mellor, Pelican Bus and Coach/Yutong, Scania, Temsa, VDL/Van Hool, Volvo and Wrightbus.
New vehicle exhibitors for 2026 include Zhongtong Bus Holdings, Custom Denning, Minicoach World, Tekaydinlar Minibus Design.
Other first-time exhibitors include Hankook Tyre UK, Castrol and National Highways, alongside companies working in charging, payments, journey planning, data, connectivity and AI.
The wider exhibition will cover areas including telematics and passenger information, safety, training, parts, software and fleet support.
Masterclass Theatre returns
The Masterclass Theatre will return for 2026, with the programme covering topics including policy and regulation, franchising and Enhanced Partnerships, AI and data-led operations, zero-emission fleets, compliance and fleet safety, accessibility and workforce challenges.
The full programme is due to be announced in September.
New for this year’s event will be focused roundtable sessions, which will run alongside the Masterclass Theatre and bring together operators and invited contributors to discuss practical challenges.
Euro Bus Expo Event Director Helen Conway says: “The response from exhibitors has been exceptional. To be down to our final two stands months ahead of the show, while welcoming 49 first-time exhibitors, is a really positive development for visitors.
“That mix of established industry names and companies exhibiting with us for the first time keeps the show floor evolving and gives operators more businesses, products and ideas to discover.
“We’re also developing the content offer, with focused roundtable discussions alongside the Masterclass Theatre – giving operators more opportunities to ask questions, share experiences and explore practical challenges in greater depth.”
The event will also again feature Euro Bus Expo Connect, allowing registered visitors to research exhibitors, identify contacts and arrange meetings ahead of the show.
Entry to Euro Bus Expo 2026 is free, with registration now open. The 2024 edition attracted more than 7,000 visitors from 40 countries.
