Euro Bus Expo is a trade only event and admission is restricted to trade visitors, the general public are not admitted. You may be asked for proof of trade status upon arrival. The organisers may revoke your badge/entry registration, if your trade status cannot be verified.
Terms of Entry
AS A VISITOR, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Show ID or proof of industry relevance on arrival, if requested.
- Not to solicit business anywhere on the show floor, including but not limited to, handing out literature to visitors/exhibitors anywhere at the event, approaching visitors/exhibitors in the aisles or wearing company branded clothing to the event. Anyone who does will be asked to leave.
- All exhibitors are at the show to promote their products to visiting industry buyers and do not wish to be sold to on their stands.
- Admission is for over 18’s only. No under 18’s or students studying full time at college or university will be admitted into the show without prior permission from the organisers.
- Children are only allowed with parental supervision; see child admission policy below.
- Maximum of one bag of product samples/free giveaways per visitor. Additional bags may be confiscated on exit.
- The entrance to the show closes 30 minutes before the show’s closing time. There is no admittance after this time.
- You may be photographed, filmed or recorded; see photography and video material policy below.
- All visitors and exhibitors must behave respectfully to their fellow attendees and staff at the event. Anyone displaying aggressive, discriminatory or anti-social behaviour will be asked to leave the event with immediate effect.
- The organisers reserve the right to revoke your badge.
- Registrants’ participation in Euro Bus Expo, organised by Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd, shall not violate any regulations administered and enforced by the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control’s (OFAC) Sanctions Program or other applicable laws. Further, if a registrant’s country of residence requires further review pursuant to Diversified internal compliance procedure, registrant will provide additional information as reasonably requested.
BADGE POLICY
I understand that by choosing to allow my badge to be scanned by an exhibitor when at Euro Bus Expo, I will be providing the exhibitor with my personal data including name, address, email and telephone number. I consent to this personal data being used to contact me about their products or services and understand that this exhibitor may transfer this data outside of the European Economic Area for these purposes and I consent to such transfer of my data.
I also understand and agree that my personal data will be held and used by the organiser of Euro Bus Expo, Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd, and any third-party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to run the event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors. I understand Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd, the organisers, have to scan my badge upon entry at the show to monitor the number of visitors within the event at any point.
Put simply – your visitor badge is your electronic business card. Please only allow your badge to be scanned by exhibitors that you wish to hear from post-event – allowing them to scan your badge is your way of opting into to receiving further information from them. You will be able to withdraw your consent for them to contact you directly with the exhibitor, at any point.
CHILD ADMISSION POLICY
Children under 18 will not be admitted to the event without prior agreement between the carer and the organiser. The exhibition is a place of business, and the presence of children is not encouraged. There are a number of health and safety issues to consider including large crowds, and vehicles. Please bear this in mind when thinking about bringing a small child to the venue.
Children under two must be in a pram, pushchair or baby carrier. If you do not have one of these items, you unfortunately will not be allowed into the show. When arriving at the venue, you will be asked to make your way to the registration desk where you, as the child’s guardian, will have to sign a waiver that states you understand the health and safety implications of bringing a child into the show. If you do not wish to sign the waiver, then unfortunately you will not be admitted into the show. There are no creche facilities available. This policy applies to show open hours only, as no children will be allowed into the hall during the build-up and dismantling of the event.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO MATERIAL POLICY
Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd reserves the right to use any photograph/ video taken at any event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/ video. Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
By participating in a Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd event or by failing to notify Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
