Share your insight, experiences and ideas with industry professionals across the bus and coach sector.

Euro Bus Expo brings together operators, suppliers, industry bodies, policymakers and government representatives to discuss industry challenges, emerging developments and opportunities across the sector. It also provides a platform to share practical ideas and experiences that could help operators adapt and improve.

Following the success of our first open Call for Speakers and the strong, operator-focused programme it delivered, applications are once again invited for 2026.

All proposals will be reviewed by a panel of operators and authorities. Proposed sessions will be assessed based on relevance, audience interest, practical value, and the quality of the content submitted.

You do not need previous speaking experience to apply. We welcome applications from operators, engineers, managers, planners, suppliers, local authorities and industry professionals with useful experiences, ideas or lessons to share.

Following review, you may also be contacted about alternative content-sharing opportunities, including webinars, whitepapers or articles that may be shared with attendees outside of the event.

Presentation objectives

Presentations should provide value to visiting operators by helping them to:

  • Understand changing trends, passenger expectations, policy developments or emerging technologies affecting the industry.
  • Address a challenge or opportunity within their organisation or operation.
  • Improve a process, practice or area of performance.
  • Stay informed about legislative, regulatory or compliance developments.
  • Prepare for future projects, investments or business developments with greater confidence.

Sessions must be educational, informative and audience-focused rather than promotional. Commercial sales presentations, product demonstrations and self-promotional content will not be accepted as speaking proposals.

We are particularly interested in practical insight, operational experiences, real-world case studies and lessons learned that could help operators and transport professionals.

Supplier-led submissions are welcome where they are supported by operator case studies, implementation experience, practical outcomes or collaborative discussion.

Organisations looking to actively showcase products, services or new technologies may wish to explore exhibiting opportunities or participation in the Innovation Challenge, which is open exclusively to exhibitors.
