Euro Bus Expo Connect: Make the most of three packed days

5 October, 2026|In Show News|By James Gale

Sponsored by Troman Industries, the show’s networking and meeting-planning platform is now open. Arrange meetings before you arrive and make time for the exhibitors and sessions you want to see.

Euro Bus Expo returns to the NEC Birmingham on 3–5 November 2026, with more than 200 exhibitors, over 75 vehicles expected and 25 Masterclass Theatre sessions across three days.

Whether you’re looking for your next vehicle or reviewing ticketing, telematics or charging options for your organisation, Euro Bus Expo gives you the chance to compare products and discuss your requirements directly with exhibitors.

Euro Bus Expo Connect is the show’s official networking and meeting-planning platform. It is now open to registered coach and bus operators, local authorities and community transport organisations, helping them find relevant exhibitors, request meetings and build a personal schedule before the show.

Arrive with a plan

Connect lets you search exhibitors, products and services using filters tailored to your interests. Explore company profiles, find relevant contacts and receive recommendations based on your business needs to help you decide who to meet.

You can then request meetings directly through the platform. Once booked, those appointments give you dedicated time with the companies you want to speak to.

Meetings can take place on an exhibitor’s stand or in the dedicated Euro Bus Expo Connect Lounge, which provides a quieter space for discussions away from the busy exhibition floor.

Your personal schedule brings booked meetings and chosen Masterclass Theatre sessions together, so you can see where you need to be and when. Adding sessions lets you block out time to attend and arrange meetings around them. You can also receive email and SMS reminders to help you stay on track during the show.

New for 2026, Connect’s interactive floorplan makes it easier to navigate the exhibition. Use the interactive navigation to locate exhibitor stands and find your way from one meeting to the next, or explore companies you want to visit between appointments.

Helen Conway says: “Euro Bus Expo Connect helps you find the right exhibitors, secure time for important conversations and plan meetings around everything else you want to see and do at the show.

“With more than 200 exhibitors, over 75 vehicles and 25 sessions across three days, there’s so much to discover this year. Connect helps you arrive with a plan while leaving time to explore the exhibition and discover something you weren’t expecting.”

Make the most of your visit this November

Alongside your booked meetings, you can discover the latest products and innovations and find out how they could benefit your organisation.

The Innovation Challenge showcases new or recently launched products and services from exhibitors. Explore the entries and vote for your favourites during the first two days. Exhibitors whose entries receive the most votes will pitch live to a panel of industry experts in the Masterclass Theatre on day three. The Operator’s Choice Gold Award will recognise the entry receiving the most operator votes.

Join us at the NEC Birmingham on 3–5 November 2026. Entry is free for industry professionals.
