Alex has served as Policy Adviser to ALBUM since July 2025. He has extensive experience in the bus and coach sector, including roles as Regional Director and Managing Director at several leading UK transport groups. He has also advised two Combined Authorities and a City Mayor on transport matters. Alex now advises SMEs and municipal operators on bus policy, and lobbies the DfT and other stakeholders. He was closely involved in the recent consultation on the Bus Services Act 2025.
