Ellie is an experienced litigator specialising in transport and commercial disputes.

She works on competition litigation, including as part of the legal team acting for the Road Haulage Association (RHA) in the truck cartel litigation. Ellie also advises operators on disputes arising from clandestine entrants and regularly acts for large bus and coach operators in discrimination claims relating to goods and services.

Alongside her litigation work, Ellie advises on a range of commercial disputes and works with clients across the transport sector, including the RHA and the British Association of Removers (BAR).
