Libby is an Associate Director and Head of the Dispute Resolution Team at Backhouse Jones, with nearly 20 years’ experience in litigation.

She is a recognised solicitor in the transport sector, with particular expertise in public law and complex disputes. Libby has led several high-profile Judicial Reviews, including challenges to the franchising of Greater Manchester’s bus network and the closure of Deansgate to traffic.

Libby also has significant experience advising operators on clandestine entrant fines, successfully challenging numerous fines and working closely with the Road Haulage Association (RHA) on key issues affecting the transport industry.
