Louis Fitzsimmons is CEO of SURE, a Nottinghamshire-based supplier of on-vehicle technology to bus and coach operators including Go-Ahead and Arriva.

Louis draws on experience of building and acquiring businesses across several sectors to lead SURE’s technology development. Over the past three years he has invested heavily in SURE AI, the company’s computer-vision platform, which uses existing bus CCTV to give operators and authorities actionable information about their services.

At Euro Bus Expo, Louis will show how AI is being used across the passenger journey, with examples in women’s safety, passenger demand intelligence and fare evasion.
