Sue Kairies brings more than 20 years of experience in the bus and coach industry, specialising in customer account management and supporting large enterprise customers with the delivery of telematics solutions.
She has extensive industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the evolving needs and challenges faced by bus operators. Sue also has several years of experience onboarding large customers with fleets of more than 1,000 assets and building strong, collaborative, long-term partnerships throughout the customer journey.
