We catch up with Tino Murombe from Freeway Fleet Systems to find out more about their brand and exhibiting at Euro Bus Expo, on stand 358.
Tell us a bit about your company?
Freeway Fleet Systems is a specialist fleet maintenance software provider with more than 30 years of experience supporting bus and coach operators across the UK, Ireland, Southern Africa, Asia-Pacific and international markets. Today, Freeway works with more than 70 bus and coach operators, helping them manage the maintenance activity behind safe, reliable and compliant fleets.
Freeway is designed to simplify complex fleet and workshop management by bringing maintenance schedules, defects, inspections, job cards, parts, procurement, compliance records and reporting into one connected system. By replacing paper-based processes, spreadsheets and disconnected systems with integrated digital workflows, operators gain clearer visibility and stronger control of their maintenance activities.
The platform supports the day-to-day processes that matter across bus and coach operators, from driver walk-around checks and defect management to planned maintenance, workshop activity, stock control and compliance reporting. Freeway can also connect with other business systems, helping operators bring together the information needed to understand asset condition, maintenance requirements and workshop performance.
At its core, Freeway helps bus and coach operators manage complex maintenance environments with greater control, traceability and cost visibility. It gives fleet and workshop teams the information they need to plan work, manage defects, control maintenance costs and support vehicle availability without adding unnecessary complexity.

At Euro Bus Expo, visitors to the Freeway stand will be able to learn more about Ask Freeway, our new AI-powered data assistant designed to help bus and coach operators get more value from their fleet maintenance data already captured in Freeway.
Ask Freeway allows fleet and workshop managers to ask questions of their fleet maintenance data and receive clear, meaningful answers in seconds. Instead of searching through reports or manually pulling information from different areas of the system, users can ask simple questions and get practical insight from their existing Freeway data.
The value of Ask Freeway is strengthened by the way maintenance information is captured in Freeway. Rather than simply computerising existing paper processes, Freeway captures structured data digitally at the point of activity, including inspections, defects, workshop jobs, parts usage, labour, costs, downtime and compliance activity. This creates a detailed, connected maintenance history that Ask Freeway can analyse using AI.
For bus and coach operators, where vehicle availability, compliance, cost control and workshop efficiency are critical, Ask Freeway provides a smarter way to turn maintenance data into practical and useful answers. It helps managers understand what is happening across their fleet and workshops faster, supporting clearer visibility, faster decision-making and stronger operational control.
Visitors to our stand will be able to see how Ask Freeway works, understand the value it brings to their operation and explore how Freeway continues to use connected data to support smarter fleet maintenance management.
